• To book Stone Cottage, firstly check with us by email or phone that the dates you require are still available, stating that you would like to book the cottage. Please always provide your 'phone number - no provisional booking will be accepted without this.

• Once we have confirmed your dates are free, please take a moment to read the Booking Terms and Conditions then please post us the booking form with the deposit or full payment. The deposit is one third of the tariff and once we have received this your booking is confirmed.

• Your booking will be complete when we acknowledge receipt of your booking form and deposit. Prior to that the booking is only provisional. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days only.

• The final balance will be required in full, 8 weeks before your holiday together with a Security Deposit of £100 in the form of a separate cheque. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure and only cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage.
