| BOOKING |
• To book Stone Cottage, firstly check with us by email or phone that the dates you require are still available, stating that you would like to book the cottage. Please always provide your 'phone number - no provisional booking will be accepted without this.

| • Once we have confirmed your dates are free, please take a moment to read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then please post us the booking form with the deposit or full payment. The deposit if one third of the tariff and once we have received this your booking is confirmed.
• The final balance will be required in full, 6 weeks before your holiday together with a Good Housekeeping deposit of £100 in the form of a separate cheque. This will be returned to you after your departure and only cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage.
• Payment / deposits are not refundable however we will always try to re-let the cottage and if successful will return any payment made minus an administration charge of £25. Should you need to cancel for any reason we ask you to contact us immediately and we will try our best to help you out.
• We do advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
